Our Story

Future Care Risk Retention Group, Inc., was envisioned and formed by Gregory Cook CPCU, ACI, MBA, CPA, ARM, Dr. Robert Pope and Dr. Daniel Hafendorfer, as 2020 visionaries seeking a solution for the professional liability, general liability, and employee benefits liability insurance marketplace in response to the instability facing Senior Care providers in the insurance market.

More than eighteen months of strategic planning and persistent efforts went into selecting partners who represent the gold standard expertise in the industry. These professionals were selected to build the business and to serve our member partners. This incredible team of brokerage/marketing partners, risk management leaders, underwriters, reinsurers, claims and litigation managers, captive managers, extensive panel counsel to form Future Care RRG, Inc. 

Each partner member of our team is highly experienced, truly exceptional and carries the mission and vision of Future Care single-handedly and collectively.  The common thread between us all is a deep, authentic passion for our jobs and a sincere commitment to excellence and exceeding standards and client expectations.

Greg Cook, the president said; “Given the current marketplace, the need for a solution was clear, to provide Senior Care service providers with a better option. Senior Care facilities find themselves up against an indifferent traditional market that has given up on defending their insureds against aggressive plaintiff attorneys, while at the same time sending out double digit percent renewal increases.
